How long does shipping take for electronic items?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Due to the sensitive nature of lithium-ion batteries, all electronics are shipped via ground transport to ensure safety and compliance.
What is your return policy for opened electronics?
We offer a 30-day return window. If the product has been opened, it must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories included to be eligible for a full refund.
Do Minimalist products come with a warranty?
Yes, all our electronic products are covered by a 2-year limited hardware warranty that protects against manufacturing defects and hardware failures under normal use.
